Oberon Show


The Oberon Show is an annual show conducted in February. The Oberon Show 2008 will be held on the 15th and 16th of February. The show includes livestock, floral and cookery shows, bull ride, line dancing and ring events, cattle, poultry, and birds, dog show, snake show and puppet show, steam and tractor rally, fireworks etc. This is one of the unique yearly events held in the Blue Mountains.

Ironfest


The Ironfest is conducted in April at Lithgow. The event features a world jousting championship, reenactments of incidents of a medieval and colonial era, and a display of metallic works. A spectacular event and the only one of its kind, this is a must-see for every tourist who visits the Blue Mountains.

Blue Mountains Music Festival


The Annual Blue Mountains Music Festival of Folk, Blues and Roots is a three-day festival of folk, roots and blues music rendered by artists from all over Australia and across the world. This is held in March.

Leura Garden Festival


The Leura Garden Festival is a magnificent display of all the colours, fragrance, radiance, and beauty, of springtime. This is held from late September through early October. A celebration of springtime in all its glory, this has brought visitors to the Blue Mountains every year.
