The Barbecue Madness Lunch weekend marks the beginning of the festival on October 3. Different dining cultures, varied culinary expertise and diverse exotic flavours of the assorted treats will be the highlights of the World Chef Showcase Weekend. This event starting on October 9 through 11, 2009 will bring together the world's best 30 chefs and their culinary skills from different corners of the world.
